Umfulana is a tour operator established in 1998, specializing in offering tailor-made, individual round trips across all continents.

Their focus is on providing a personal travel experience using selected, charming accommodations away from mass tourism (no group tours).

“We are looking for unique accommodations (distinctive B&Bs and boutique hotels, sometimes well-equipped holiday homes / apartments) in inspiring surroundings away from mass tourism.

We typically book stays of 2–3 nights for our clients who wish to explore your region. Our customers are couples, families and friends – traveling together -  no groups, only FITs. Minimum standard is a proper room size (not less than15 qm usually)  with ensuite / private bathroom, comfortable interior and personal contact to the owners, hosts or staff.
